Information and Consulting Services
This service will give you all the information and documents needed, necessary forms, schedule of project and updates and consulting service for those many questions that will need an answer. This service will be tailored to the client that wants to run the project themselves, but needs the guidance to ensure success.

Premium Package
For the client with less time on their hands we offer a premium service, which includes job site inspections, consulting, all necessary forms and documents, updated schedule and subcontractor payment approval.

No Hassle Package
For the client that prefers to rely on a professional. With this plan the homeowner has one point of contact for the entire project. That point of contact is Exact Build. This alleviates the need for the client to deal with subcontractors, phone calls, paper work, etc., while still maintaining control. Exact Build can manage your entire project for you.

Planning and Permit Assistance
Acquiring a permit to build can be an exhausting task. At Exact Build we will assist you every step of the way, starting with planning and plan review. This assures quicker processing at the governmental level. Poor submittals can add weeks to your schedule.

With the 'No Hassle Plan' Exact Build will handle all the processing as well as the services mentioned above. We will conduct plan reviews with you, then you can sit back and relax while we do the rest.

Site Evaluation
If you haven't yet purchased the property, Exact Build can assist you with an assessment of the property. This assessment will evaluate conditions of the property such as utility location and constructability issues such as soils, slopes, size, dimensions, grading etc.

If you have already purchased a lot, we can also assist you with home placement, fit, grading, soils and utility source.

Room Additions
Exact Build can assist you by either our full general contracting services or by using our management services. With our 'No Hassle' general contracting service you leave all the worries to us. We will handle all the details from conception to completion. We will go through all the details with you, create a schedule for your project and assure you are getting the most for what you have budgeted.

You can also use our construction managing system. This is for the client that wants to save some money and has a desire to have more control over the project. This system will give you step by step information and our consulting services.
