Ken Rainey has been responsible for the completion of hundreds of homes in diverse areas of southern California throughout the life of his thirty-year career. Starting in the construction industry at an entry-level position, Ken has experienced all levels of construction, working his way to executive management through hard work and hands-on experience. With his effective monitoring, budget control and risk mitigation, projects under Ken's management flourish with on-time schedules and within budget.
